Full voting membership in the Rural Caucus is open to any registered Democrat in New Mexico EXCEPT those who are registered within the city limits of Albuquerque, Las Cruces, Rio Rancho and Santa Fe. Additionally, urban Democrats who are interested in our efforts can join as non-voting “Associate Members”. Non-Democrats from any part of the state who support our work can join as “Allies”.
